What happens after I place my order?
Once your selections have been made, an appointment for template will be scheduled. Solid Advantage uses highly accurate digital templating technology. Our templator will photograph the project area to determine the precise measurements for your job. This process usually takes less than one hour, and we do ask that you clear off your countertops before we arrive in order to expedite the process. Our countertops are generally installed two weeks from your template date.

How do I prepare for installation?
Solid Advantage offers removal and disposal of existing countertops as an optional service. Please have counters cleared off and the sink base cabinet emptied before installation teams arrive. If you are removing your own countertops, please have the site ready before the scheduled installation time.

What methods of payment do you accept?
Solid Advantage accepts personal checks, Master Card, Visa, Discover and American Express. Our terms are 50% upon placement of order, and balance due upon completion.
